Rank Me Higher Online is operated by Daily Needs Association (“DNA”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit the visibility check form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business website URL
• The search term you want to rank for
• Your phone number, only if you choose to provide it

We also record the date of your submission. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. Standard server logs from our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may record technical request information such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To review the website you submitted and prepare the visibility check you requested
• To contact you by email, and by phone only if you provided a number, about that review and related search support
• To keep records of enquiries and our correspondence with you

Our lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and in Daily Needs Association’s internal systems used to manage enquiries. Access is limited to people at DNA who need it to respond to you.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that host our website and enquiry tools, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, then delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@dailyneedsassociation.com and we will action it.
